Site Owner is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information, as defined below, when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. For example, we use Shopify to support personalized advertising with third-party services based on your online activity with different merchants and websites. Our business and marketing partners will use your information in accordance with their own privacy notices. Depending on where you reside, you may have a right to direct us not to share information about you to show you targeted advertisements and marketing based on your online activity with different merchants and websites.   • With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group.

5. Relationship with Shopify

Hosting and Processing. Shopify hosts and processes Personal Information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you. In addition, to help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our Store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. 

Advertising and Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising. Shopify and other marketing partners support personalized advertising with third-party services based on your online activity with different merchants and websites. "Cross-context behavioral advertising" means advertising that is targeted to you based on Personal Information obtained from your activity across businesses, distinctly branded internet websites, applications, or services.  Our business and marketing partners will use your information in accordance with their own privacy notices. To provide these enhanced features, Shopify may make use of Personal Information collected about your interactions with our Site, along with other merchants, and with Shopify.

Identifiers, Transaction Information, Network Activity, and Device Information, have been shared when you consent to disclosure to third parties when you request shipment through the use of a social media widget or login integration.

7. Use or Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

5.  RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF THE SALE OR SHARING of your Personal Information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.

Submit a Request.  You may submit a request to Shopify to exercise your rights to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information by accessing the Shopify Privacy Portal Link at https://privacy.shopify.com/en 

You may submit a request to Site Owner to exercise your rights to access, correct, or delete your Personal Information by sending an email to sales@alexandriafragrances.com or telephone number at (714) 829-4256 and providing us with your name, address, phone number, and email.  Please note that you may only make a data disclosure request twice within a 12-month period.

Verification of Your Identity. We will need your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email, to verify your identity for access, correction, or deletion requests. Our verification process may also include asking you to log into your account and complete a one-time passcode validation, asking you to answer a few questions about yourself to help us verify your identity, and/or using a third-party identification service to assist us.  We are not obligated to make a data access or data portability disclosure if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collected information or is someone authorized to act on such person's behalf.  Any Personal Information we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with your request will be used solely for the purposes of verification.

Authorized Agent Request. If you are an authorized agent, then you will be required to [submit your contact information and complete a certification form] as well as provide information about the consumer for whom you are making a request.

If you are not logged into your account, your request will only be associated with that one browser and device.  We process opt-out preference signals in a frictionless manner;

The Services may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Information about children under the age of 13 in the United States (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
