Return Policy
(a) Modifications of Orders. Users may modify an order only if (1) the modification is made within 24 hours of placing the order, and (2) the order has not yet been handed to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, the order will be shipped and payment charged to the credit card used for the purchase. Such charges are non-refundable and not subject to exchange.
(b) Defective Products. Any claims by users for defective products must be made via notification (as defined in the Terms and Conditions of Use, the “Agreement”) within 24 hours of receipt of the product, as confirmed by USPS or other tracking information. Photographs or other evidence may be required in order to obtain advance approval for returns and/or exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the product is not defective but simply does not meet the user’s style preferences or expectations. For some products, a sample option may be available and should be utilized before purchase.
Refunds or exchanges will only be approved for products that are (1) confirmed by us to be defective, and (2) reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Otherwise, all orders are final and non-refundable.
(c) Disclaimer of Warranty. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, EXCEPT ONLY AS PROVIDED IN PARAGRAPHS 1(a) AND 1(b) ABOVE, SITE OWNER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO STATUTORY WARRANTIES OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
