Shipping Policy
Shipping Policies Domestic.
(a) Domestic Shipping Policies. Site Owner offers shipping to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Processing time (the time to pack an order) is typically 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders are not processed on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a personalized tracking number. Standard USPS shipping usually takes 2–5 business days in transit, depending on the destination (shipping times may be longer during major holidays). UPS Ground shipments may take longer to scan, and delays may occur. Please use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment.
(b) Damages or Losses in Transit: The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the user upon delivery of the product to the carrier at the Site Owner’s warehouse or supplier’s facility. We are not liable for loss or damage during transit. In the event of loss or damage, the user must file claims directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
International Shipping Policies.
(a) International Shipping Policies.
We offer international shipping to countries listed in the dropdown menu. If a country is not listed, we are not marketing or selling products to that country.
Delivery times vary:
- First Class Mail International: approximately 7–21 days, depending on destination.
- Priority Mail International: approximately 6–10 business days, depending on destination.
Processing occurs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays). Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and a tracking number. Please allow at least 24 hours for USPS tracking information to update.
(b) Customs Duties and Fees. We are not responsible for import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be required by your country’s customs authorities. It is the user’s responsibility to check applicable customs policies before making a purchase. If any additional charges are imposed, they must be paid by the user. We will not reimburse these costs.
