At first it was a shock, kind of the night frederic malle, some horse stable smell characteristic of that kind of raw oud line, with a distinctive fruity side and Maybe some leather, for sure a shock in the beginning but it evolves so good more smooth but lasting fragrance, a must for oud lovers that like something strong, nice Alexandria creations keep it coming, a must for your collection, and I was quite sure it was going to be a controversial fragrance to wear in crowded places but to my surprise people get as crazy good for this as for ombre nomad, literally fall on theirs knees begging to know what you’re wearing in the good sense, they love it
This is long lasting different and sophisticated
Fruit, Flowers, and a Dirty Oud is an extravagant triad.
When I sprayed this I was met with a punch of what like fresh brewed hibiscus raspberry tea. I thought Wow, that's a bit brighter than I expected and a bit feminine. Then the supporting notes of birch and almost leathery cedar came through behind it, with almost an incense oud quality. The deeper notes are very subdued and light, never overpowering the fruity dominating notes, but enough to give it some character and depth. This is nice, because if it were just the fruity notes, I would immediately pass on this fragrance. But the way it's all expertly blended together makes it worth a look.
