This is so close to the OG I wish they'd do CC#1 too. Here's the thing after 4 years of experience with the 2 major clone houses. Dua tweaks them, AF is true to them. You want identical to OG, get AF. If you want a hit or miss tweak of an OG, try Dua. Dua is trying to catch up now offering 10mls, but AF has done the 7 5ml sample boxes for years and they are the best deal anywhere for variety and an amazing price! 1872 is not an average summer freshie, but I reach for it alot and get compliments galore. I work guest service at a major resort hotel and it's a proving ground for frags and this one WORKS. I e ordered about 11 sample boxes and have settled on about 40 full bottles. Very good and long lasting!

I love the original 1872 and was looking for a clone that would get close without the insane price. Ordered this and was shocked at how good it is. The opening is 95% the same. The drydown on the real 1872 changes a bit and is complex, while this drydown is pretty much the same as the opening, but still fabulous. The real deal is definitely better, smells more complex and blended, but for 10% of the price, this gets 95% there. Has about the same longevity of 1 hour projection, 5 hour skin scent on me, as the real 1872. Pretty normal performance for citrus fragrances. Highly recommend if you like 1872.

Soy el dueño de la fragancia original, también tengo la fragancia de su hermana DUA y Summer 1872, tiene un 95-98% de similitud, guardando las distancias en calidades, éste maravilloso perfume no tiene nada que enviar a Clive Christian.
Su salida cítrica, fresca, me recuerda a la fragancia de Creed "Royal Water" ( que también la tengo), aroma a hombre clásico, no recomendable para personas - 30.
Éste es un aroma señorial de la vieja escuela, excelente fragancia.
