This one is great. Alexandria made a bold claim regarding Gemstone being a statement piece, and I had a hunch is likely special. Their claim is accurate. I placed one spray on my arm before going to bed. It is citrus-like pleasant in the opening. The jasmine sambac, incense and patchouli take over. I am still getting used to the scent. I think it is more manly, but a woman could wear it. It is great for cooler weather. The scent projects well and is potent. I have worn it to the office. It is beautiful, while unique. This is a winner. I have not smelled Gyan. I bought an ounce of Gem Stone about a month ago and bought a second ounce that I am now reviewing.

I have a huge collection of AF and this one surprised me, even better than the original, don’t know how they keep getting it on point.
If you like Tygar and want something more richer and smokier try this one out.
