Murphy's Law

When I first received this I was thoroughly unimpressed…it smelled sharp and abrasive to me but underneath there was something intriguing that I couldn’t put my finger on. I tried it again in a few weeks and it was a new scent. Lively, green, herbaceous with a peppery note that I can’t quite describe but is fantastic. It gets tons of complements from people on its own (Mostly 35 and up crowd). But it’s real magic is when you layer it. Put 1981X on over it! You can thank me later. It also layers wonderfully with tobacco scents. I get insane complements with it being layered. In one day I got six complements when layered with 1981X! Versatile masterpiece! Just remember it needs time to develop. And I’m not sure what the 3 star reviewer is talking about with longevity. For me it lasts 12+ hours easily he must have gone anosmic. WOW, WOW, WOW! Those were my expressions when I received the Naxos from Alexandria, years ago, and history repeats itself again, with this gem from Murphy's Law but this time I stayed in Shok, I couldn't believe that this fragrance smelled so spectacular at first impression, this is a delight, it is a Nectar of the gods, in my collection I have great jewels from the perfumery that I bought from Alexandria, like 1981X, Danger Zone, Summer 1872. Apple Crumb. Royal Equestrian ,etc.but thisssss 🥰🥰🥰 has overpassed ALL beauties created by Alexandria Fragrances LLC! Here Alexandria Fragrances dropped the ball! it surpassed the aforementioned fragrances! Wow Alexandria Fragrances, you have my respects! I take off my cap and hat to you, I congratulate you😃 You are a genius of perfumery! The person who does not buy this gem does not know what they are missing: an extra elegant, fine perfume of royalty, additive, too additive and sexy to the point of being impossible. Thanks Aexandria Fragrances. You guys are geniusses 100%

Murphy's Law is a truly enchanting fragrance that exudes elegance and sophistication. From the very first spritz, it envelops you in a warm, alluring blend that is both luxurious and captivating. I haven’t yet tested the Morpheus by Amaffi , but I recently received a sample of Murphy's Law from Alexandria Fragrances , and I was instantly captivated. As soon as it became available, I ordered it without hesitation.

I ordered this in the wrong season. It’s not a winter fragrance for me. Definitely office worthy. Smells like a high quality soap.

It reminds me of the up front smell from Alexandria's A Private Man (impression of CH Prive for men), yet even more intense and stays there through the dry down. Sillage is great, and longevity is really good because of how distinct and sharp the scent is.

It is very green with a decent hint of grapefruit. There is a very subtle smokiness to it. It dries down to a green-cedar-grapefruit-barbershop-soap scent which is really nice. Stays pretty linear throughout, but in a good way.

On a side note, this layers great with Alexandria's Into the Woods in a 2:1 ratio (Murphy's Law:Into the Woods).

This is now my favorite scent from Alexandria replacing Black Panther (also great).
